Incline Bench Row
Cable Low Row, Single Arm

TRI-SET 2 – 3 rounds, 10-15 each exercise
Wide Grip Pull Down
Machine Row (Hammer Grip)
Wide Grip Pull Down (Behind the Neck)

Seated Cable Row – 3 x 15 reps, hold every 5 reps

T Bar Row – 3 x 8-10 reps, heavy
